How to recreate the concurrent manager service for 11i on Windows Platforms

Follow the below steps to recreate the concurrent manager service on Windows systems

1.  Open a command prompt and source the environment file to appstier.
2.  cd $COMMON_TOP/admin/install
3.  dos> adsvcm.cmd -deinstall (deinstalls the ccm service)
should exit with status '0'
4.  dos> adsvcm.cmd
should exit with status '0'
Should see "Successfully installed concurrent manager"
5.  Reboot
